Foam Lure - Mandula is a jigging lure with two quality treble hooks. These baits can be caught using both conventional lead or tungsten weights "kulverstuks" (popularly called "cheburashkas"), and fishing with paternoster systems. Foam baits are invented by Russian fishermen. Starlings are mainly fished with mandals, but pike and perch are also often caught. In many cases, foam lures are superior to regular rubber bands in that when fishing with rubber bands you often have to "pull back" the rubber band without a tail, while catching with foam rubber baits such problems practically do not occur.
