Feeder Fishing – Rods

Feeder rods are specifically designed for fishing with a feeder. They allow for precise casting of the rig to the chosen spot and detection of even very cautious bites, thanks to the sensitive tip, also known as a quiver tip.

Feeder rods are usually equipped with interchangeable tips of various stiffnesses, allowing adaptation to different fishing conditions – current, feeder weight, and fish activity. Softer tips are suitable for calm waters and delicate bites, while stiffer ones are for currents or heavier feeders.

Feeder fishing often uses rods with lengths from approximately 3.0 to 4.2 meters, which provide good casting distance and control over the rig. They are suitable for fishing in lakes, rivers, canals, and other bodies of water.
