From the very beginning of this product's development, the goal was clear – to create design-unique footwear that would meet the demands of anglers for maximum functionality and comfort, while also being suitable not only for fishing but also for everyday use.
The result? Delphin OCTO – ultra-light EVA foam sandals, inspired by nature and fully developed and manufactured in the European Union.
Key features and benefits
As fishing often involves moving over uneven terrain, special attention was paid to the sole design. It is significantly more massive and durable than cheaper analogues, ensuring high comfort and effective shock absorption when walking on stony, sandy, or uneven surfaces.
The sole design is inspired by octopus tentacle suckers, which provide excellent grip in various conditions. It is from the word OCTOpus that the model name – OCTO – is derived.
The side ventilation holes are placed slightly higher than usual, which significantly reduces the ingress of sand or small pebbles between the foot and the sole, especially when in shallow water or on the shore. Additional ventilation is provided by perforations on the upper part of the footwear, which are designed in a stylized manner:

on one side – the letter D from the Delphin logo,

on the other side – the letter O as a reference to the OCTO name.
The surface texture of the footwear resembles squid skin, further enhancing the nature-inspired design. The EVA material makes the footwear very light, durable, and moreover, they float on the water surface. The model is also equipped with a heel strap, which ensures secure fixation when moving on sloping or uneven terrain.

⚠️ Since the footwear is made of EVA material, it is not recommended to leave them in direct sunlight on hot stones or concrete for extended periods (temperatures can reach ~50 °C), as this may cause minor deformations. When wearing the footwear, there is no such risk, and their service life can be measured in years.
