Stainless chrome steel
The stainless steel used by Marttiini is an easy-care blade material. The stainless steel blade retains its sharpness for a long time. Chromium makes up 13% of the steel alloy, and its hardness is 53–54 Rockwell units (HRC). A diamond sharpener is recommended for sharpening chrome steel.
Rubber compound
Rubber compound is particularly suitable for making knife handles. An ergonomically designed rubber handle can be washed in a dishwasher, it is easy to maintain, hygienic, and safe. The rubber handle feels pleasantly warm to the touch even in cold or wet outdoor conditions. The grooved part of the handle and the finger guard ensure a secure and firm grip for Condor series knives.
