The rod blank is made from 24T carbon fiber, making it strong and powerful. Its action effectively absorbs the sudden movements of aggressive fish, while ensuring an unforgettable fighting experience.
When developing Delphin FYORD, we paid attention to every detail related to heavy-duty sea fishing. This is why the rod is equipped with high-quality Seaguide guides, whose placement is optimized for landing heavy catches. The guides are fitted with SIC inserts, which ensure better braided line glide.
The handle and reel seat are suitable for the extreme conditions often encountered in sea fishing. The large metal reel seat is equipped with two metal screw locks, allowing large capacity reels to be securely fastened. When the screws are tightened, the reel holds firmly in place, preventing it from moving.
The split EVA foam handle provides a comfortable grip in all conditions. To fully adapt the rod for sea fishing, it also has a connector for attaching a fighting belt.
The design of Delphin FYORD BigBOAT is inspired by the colors of the Norwegian flag. Elegant elements, such as silver thread windings on the guides and cutouts in the EVA handle, are a pleasing design addition.
