The upper handle is offset from the ice auger axis by 125 mm, the lower handle is offset by 155 mm. This handle arrangement allows the ice auger to be rotated with two hands simultaneously, increasing the speed of drilling holes. The main features of the "TORNADO" are a new rotary handle folding mechanism: small size, highest safety, complete absence of play, absolute coaxiality of the auger and handle. The telescopic extension allows for step-by-step increase of drilling depth up to 1.5 m. The extension is coated with polymer powder paint. Ergonomic handles: a rigid plastic frame is covered with soft plastic that is pleasant to touch even in harsh cold.
