CLIMAX Haruna Surf is a premium nylon shock leader specifically designed for surfcasting and long-distance fishing. Each 15m section is designed with a gradual diameter transition from thicker to thinner, utilizing a so-called tapered "torpedo" shape.
This construction allows the shock leader to be connected to the main line with the same diameter, significantly reducing knot size. As a result, the knot slips freely and quickly through the guides, without hindering the cast and improving distance.
The aerodynamic tapering ensures longer and more accurate casts compared to standard lines. The special surface coating protects the line from damage and abrasion that can be caused by rocks, shells, and sand.
