PEANUTS
Peanuts are legumes, whose kernels are very useful and valuable in human nutrition. Place the peanuts in a container to soak overnight. The peanuts will soften as they become re-moistened.
Recommended soaking time: 24 hours.
Then, add a little more water (just a little) to the water left in the container and pour it all into a pot to start the boiling process, which depends on the type of container.
Recommended boiling time: 15 - 20 minutes.
Various flavours and artificial colours are usually added with this product.
