Mepps AGLIA LONG HEAVY 1 12g – Spinner

MEPPS AGLIA LONG HEAVY – HEAVY SPINNER

Mepps AGLIA LONG HEAVY is a heavier version of the classic Aglia Long for longer casts, deeper presentation and stable action in current. The characteristic Aglia Long blade geometry allows a much heavier core while retaining effective rotation.

The weighted core combines a bullet-shaped body with a tail stabiliser. This helps the lure maintain stable horizontal movement at medium and fast retrieves, an especially useful advantage for heavy spinners.

Mepps recommends this model for various salmonids, but it also works for other predators. It is particularly useful in rivers, current and situations calling for long casts or deeper presentation.
