TECTON has all the necessary features for full-fledged carp fishing. Regardless of the weather conditions, this bite alarm remains reliable with three types of signalling: light, vibration, and sound. In addition, there are other important functions such as tone, volume, or sensitivity settings. The bite alarm set is fully waterproof and has excellent battery life. Both the bite alarm and the receiver are made of durable plastic, ensuring better resistance to mechanical damage. In addition, the plastic is covered with a soft rubber coating, which is very soft to the touch and gives the impression of a more expensive set.
The bite alarm has three buttons. The middle button turns it on and off. Pressing it for a long time illuminates the call light, creating a nice visual effect that acts as a night diode for better rod position detection. Briefly pressing the middle button allows you to choose one of eight available tones. Reverse bite is signalled with a different tone. To select the volume level or silent mode, press the V button on the left. The S button on the right allows you to choose one of 5 sensitivity levels.
The product has removable "snag gears" (rod holders) that hold the rod in place so that it does not move away from the bite alarm. The 2+1 set contains a receiver and red and blue bite alarms, but with TECTON you can purchase 4 additional colours (yellow, green, purple and white). This way you can get a bite alarm with the appropriate diode colour. But that's not the only advantage of multiple colours. You will certainly notice that the receiver has 6 diodes, which means that pairing six different TECTON bite alarms with one receiver will be easier with different colours.
