1. Legs and tentacles
Elements of natural animal hair are used to imitate the legs and tentacles of a crayfish. The material is chosen for its slight stiffness, taking into account the sensation a perch (bass) feels when biting into a real crayfish. The water pressure effect created by the soft plastic body intertwines with the vibrations characteristic of the natural material, creating a complex combination of movements and giving the lure a particularly realistic sense of "life". At the same time, these elements also act as a balancer, ensuring a stable position in the water.
2. Material
The resin and salt content composition is precisely adjusted to closely mimic the characteristic texture, weight, and feel of a freshly molted crayfish. The aroma, which encourages bites and makes the fish hold the lure in its mouth longer, is a special "Bite Mix" – a blend of several natural ingredients derived from fish and crustaceans. Since the aroma is carefully integrated into the material itself, the taste and smell effect does not diminish even during prolonged use.
3. Body
A slightly tapered design, intended to create ideal movement and vibrations. The vibrations generated by other details and the strong vibration of the body interact with each other, creating an even more realistic imitation of life. The ribs on the underside easily retain air and create a light reflection effect in the water, enhancing visual appeal. They realistically imitate a female crayfish carrying eggs or a female long-armed shrimp. Due to the large surface area, the aroma diffusion effect is particularly high.
4. Craw
The claws are not designed for visual realism alone – special attention has been paid to their volume and ability to "grip" water during movement. The thicker, flatter part reliably catches even a weak current, while the inner thin parts create subtle vibrations that provoke bites. Since the resistance created by the claws is significantly greater than that of the body, after sinking and landing on the bottom, it is also possible to achieve a defensive posture with raised claws, imitating a crayfish's threat response.
5. Feeler
The feelers are slightly longer than those of typical hog type soft lures. When swimming, they create a tight, subtle vibration, and during pauses – a natural, enticing movement that attracts perch. Compared to the strong, twisting vibrations created by the body and claws, this detail creates a light and delicate water flow. The combination of these different vibrations intertwines, emphasizing the lure's unique presence underwater.
