Defect: One leg cannot be adjusted for height
Delphin TPX tripods can be easily described as a relative of the legendary RPX rodpod, inheriting its best features and offering high stability, durability, and precision even in the most challenging conditions.
Just like the RPX model, the TPX construction uses no plastic parts, ensuring long service life and maximum reliability. The rod placement is compatible with RPX, and they are equipped with a tightening nut, allowing any bite alarm to be securely attached.
Design and Stability
The silver version stands out with its elegant "gun smoke" surface finish, achieved by anodizing the aluminum structure. The middle part is designed in a slightly different tone, giving the tripod a precise and modern look.
A significant advantage of TPX compared to competitors is its extendable, adjustable arms with a square profile. This profile prevents unwanted rotation and provides significantly greater stability than round-shaped arms.
Functionality
The main joint is secured with a "vice mechanism" – after setting the optimal angle, the joint is simply and securely tightened. At the bottom, there is a hook for additional weight, which further increases stability in adverse weather conditions.
Thanks to its telescopic legs and adjustable arm angle, the front part of the TPX can be raised up to 125 cm above the ground, allowing the line to be managed from a high position. This makes this tripod particularly suitable for fishing in rivers and large reservoirs.
A practical transport bag is also included.
